Party Paper Pin Wheels

With an upcoming birthday in the Lilly Loray office, we've been researching fun ways to decorate. Obviously the place will be draped in fairy lights and bunting but we're thinking of taking things one step further with these paper pinwheels. They're perfect for a summer fiesta and we're thinking the brighter the better!
