Forest Breakfast Smootie

A healthy way to kick start your Monday, a Forest Breakfast Smootie, refreshingggg!

Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 140g of Raspberries, blackberries, strawberries and blueberries (or use a mix)
- Apple juice or water

Recipe:
Chop it up and toss it into a whizzer.  And blend until nearly smooth.

Serve up with a straw, for an added summer feel.
