Pina Colada

We LOVE an icy cold pina colada this time of year, it's the ultimate summer cocktail. They look so pretty all dressed up with fresh pineapple garnish and a flower or umbrella! This tropical drink is so easy to make that the recipe fits on the beautiful illustration we found (pictured below)! Even if you take the rum away, pineapple and coconut makes an equally refreshing and delicious mocktail. Just fabulous!
