Jamaican Lemonade

We're going all tropical this Monday morning and bringing out a favourite, Jamaican Lemonade.

Ingredients:
- 8 cups cold water
- 8 juicy limes (you may need one or two more)
- 1 juicy lemon
- 2 cups of brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Molasses

Recipe:
- Juice enough limes and 1 lemon to make 1 cup of juice
- Add brown sugar, juice and molasses to the water and sir until all the sugar has dissolved
- Pour in a jug and refrigerate

Makes 8 servings.

To serve:
Slice 1 lime or lemons and put it in the jug with the lemonade for beautiful presentation.

A cheeky tip:
This recipe also makes a wonderful recipe for cocktails.  Add some rum to the jug or glass to make a quick punch.
