You do Voodoo!

For a sizzling start to the Bank Holiday why not start the afternoon with a Voodoo cocktail. Recline on your sun lounger and lower your glasses, this is going to be a good day!

Ingredients:
50ml Appleton Estate V/X rum
2 tsps of caster sugar25ml sweet vermouth100ml cloudy apple juice25ml fresh lime juiceSprinkle of cinnamon


Method:
Add the lime juice to the glass and dissolve the sugar into it. Then add the cubed ice and the rest of the ingredients and stir well. Garnish with ground cinnamon and apple slices.
